Beckett is 3! (tear)
Because our little boy was growing up, we decided to celebrate the big 3 with all things UP. Kites, clouds and over sized balloons filled the party- and I'm so happy his first big birthday soiree was such a success! Every time Beckett sees a balloon now he says, are those balloons for my party? (I just say, yes they are for your party... it seems to appease him more than the 'no' I threw out the first time he asked.) Thank you to all the friends and family that came out to see my big boy on his big day.

Enough Already....
I can't bear to look at that halloween post any longer, so I'm going to post a few pictures of our Christmas. Yes, it has come to this... only posting on major holidays and birthdays. I guess Thanksgiving didn't even make the cut.
This year's Christmas was the absolute best Christmas I've had. Beckett is at a really fun age, where presents and stockings and Christmas trees are starting to mean something to him. For the first time, we spent Christmas morning with just our little family... something I have looked forward to ever since I got married. (Oh and, we moved to San Diego, which is why you may not recognize our new surroundings).
The Christmas tree with about 2 feet left unadorned due to a certain baby of mine that loves to grab.
The boy sees his stocking and makes a run for it.
I'm a nerd, and not ashamed to admit that I looooove my new scrabble set!
Thank you Rylanders for the Lincoln Logs! Brought back memories of trying to play these with my brother... he was always the better builder, and I mostly watched with my ponies.
Christmas breakfast... baked french toast and hot wassal.
Sad its over... only 9 more months though until Christmas season starts again! Yay for retailers that make Christmas longer and longer every year.
